Okay, this is way sad on both sides of the coin. This guy, Daniel Bennett, was studying for his Ph.D. at Leeds University in England. As part of his doctoral research, he spent seven years collecting, well, lizard poo, from a rare lizard called the Butaan in the Philipines.
Well, apparently, one night, the cleaning crew at the university found this 77-lb bag of poo in the lab. And threw it out, because it was full of poo.
I feel bad for the guy, truly. Seven years of work, 11 lbs of poo a year…that’s pretty major. On the other hand…it’s poo. Seriously.
Mr. Bennett says he plans to sue Leeds University over the loss of his beloved poo.
Beware the sound of crying children, watch out for the barmaids, and whatever you do, don't let the Pegasus spit on you.
