1-800-I-LOVE-IT

This week, I went on a Meg Cabot kick, reading When Lightning Strikes (1-800-Where-R-You) and Code Name Cassandra (1-800-Where-R-You)
the first two books in the 1-800-WHERE-R-YOU series, and Shadowland (The Mediator, Book 1)
and Ninth Key (The Mediator, Book 2)
the first two in the Mediator series.

I love Meg Cabot. She does first-person very well, which is tricky; I recently read another novel where the fictional teen’s language was so overdone it distracted me from the actual storyline. I love her kick-butt girls, and the supernatural seasoning is done just right.

I’ve got a few books on my list, including City of Glass (Mortal Instruments)
and Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side
but if you have any recommendations for me, feel free to post them in a comment. I’m always looking for a good read.

I loved the 1-800-WHERE-ARE-YOU books! Meg Cabot is genius! I just went to the bookstore yesterday and met a friend. She loves the City of Glass! Sounds like I'll have to borrow it from her. Can't wait to hear how you like it!
